Subject: Re: DOCBOOK-APPS: Getting Rid of Character Entities in DocBook XML Docs
/ Holger Rauch <Holger.Rauch@heitec.de> was heard to say: | Do I have to insert a <!DOCTPYE ...> declaration manually in such a case? | Or is "osx" just the "wrong" tool to convert SGML documents to XML? If so, | what would be a good alternative? I have no idea what the alternatives are, since I basically do the switch once and work in XML thereafter. But the answer is yes, if you want to use character entities, you have to put the <!DOCTYPE declaration back in there.
