yes, read the TeX web2c documentation on configuring TeX's memory
constants

 >  12143 multiletter control sequences out of 10000+32500
 >  9795 words of font info for 33 fonts, out of 400000 for 1000

 >  19i,1n,39p,287b,115s stack positions out of 1500i,500n,1500p,50000b,5000s

you increase all these limits in `kpsewhich texmf.cnf`, and then
rebuild the format files

this is documented in the jadetex manual as well, if you think I am
being terse.
