Subject: Re: DOCBOOK-APPS: Table orientation
/ Ailbhe Leamy <ailbhe@ossifrage.net> was heard to say: | Er. How do I turn tables on their sides? Have I missed out something | very basic and stupid? The HTML stylesheets completely ignore the table orientation. How could you do a rotated table in HTML? The print stylesheets probably don't do a very good job either, although I know I did once hack things so that it worked for some special set of circumstances. The problem is that in order to make this work in Jade, you have to start a new simple-page-sequence so it's fairly tricky. In short, the free formatters probably don't support it. Be seeing you, norm -- Norman Walsh <ndw@nwalsh.com> | There is no such thing as an http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/ | absolute certainty, but there is Chair, DocBook Technical Committee | assurance sufficient for the | purposes of human life.--John | Stuart Mill
