DOCBOOK-APPS: Xalan 1.2.1 available and works

I noticed that the Apache XML project just released a new
version of the Xalan XSLT processor.
Xalan version 1.2.1 bundles Xerces-J 1.2.1 now, which fixes the
"dbnotn" error when parsing Docbook XML DTD.
The new Xalan also works with the chunk.xsl stylesheet,
although it still gives warning messages about not finding
the XT extensions. But it does work.
