DOCBOOK-APPS: XSL HTML stylesheets: admon.graphics.extension parameter?

Norm,

The admon.graphic template now matches the file
extension of the images distributed with the
stylesheets; thanks for the fix.  Unfortunately, I
have a new problem: one of my target platforms is
IE4.5 for Mac, which does not support .PNG images.  I
converted the admon and callout images to .JPG and
changed <xsl:param name="callout.graphics.extension">
to '.jpg', but there is no analagous
"admon.graphics.extension" parameter, so I had to
override the entire admon.graphic template to change
the hard-coded file extensions.  Could this be a
parameter instead?
