DOCBOOK-APPS: docbook to htmlhelp

Dear All!

I'm trying to convert my docbook xml (dtd 4.1.2) file into htmlhelp with
saxon 6.2.2. and htmlhelp stylesheets downloaded with dbx132

After writing several files the parser stops with the following message.
What should I do about it?

Error at xsl:copy-of on line 143 of
file:/D:/dim/win/doc/docbook2/html/table.xsl:
The URI http://nwalsh.com/xslt/ext/com.nwalsh.saxon.Table does not identify
an external
Java class
Transformation failed
