It is a patch to the stylesheets. I understood (possibly wrongly) that
Richard had discussed it with you. The outcome being that his initial
implementation wasn't as complete as it needed to be. He has improved on
this with something that is more generalised and he will be sending this
to you!

I'm using his second generation patch...
