No, this isn't an entity resolution issue. The relative URIs that you
use in your entity declarations are being expanded (relative URIs can
be viewed as just shortcuts for absolute URIs so this isn't incorrect
behavior).

That's one answer. Another answer is to tweak the stylesheets so that
they strip off some prefix from the name.
