Ahh, but that would mean giving up doing all my work on Linux, eh?
And sorry, that is one thing I won't be doing anytime soon... :-)
So I am looking for a way to do the automation on the Linux side...

Microsoft's HTML Help workshop actually *does* provide a command-line
way to use it. I couldn't find it quickly in Microsoft's web site:

but I know people have sent the info to this list in the recent past.
