   Hum ... you don't like making a top level catalog ?
It definitely should not be hard, I just didn't expected people would
need a list.

   Hum, I'm afraid I'm misunderstanding something ... why would
you put a list of XML Catalogs on your SGML_CATALOG_FILES list ?
