* Simplified DocBook XML V1.0b2
  http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/simple/1.0b2/

  This release implements the new versioning scheme that the TC adopted and
  adds footnoteref to the DTD.

* Slides V2.0
  http://sourceforge.net/projects/docbook/

  Based on V1.0b2, adds a slides-full.dtd, does internationalization
  properly, and contains some other fixes.

* Website V2.1b1
  http://sourceforge.net/projects/docbook/

  Based on V1.0b2, adds a website-full.dtd, contains some new features and
  bug fixes.
