Well that was easier then I thought -- just deleted the Xalan.jar and
replaced it with the Saxon 7.0 jar -- and now it "automagically works" 8-D

Although I'm getting some errors with some of the samples:

javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: 
No implementation of function saxon:system-id is available

Any recommendations on which version of Saxon would be the "closest" in
compatibility with the latest Xalan?  Saxon 6.5, 7.0 or 7.1?
