DOCBOOK-APPS: Resume feedback

Hi,

The resume stylesheets and example from sf.net in the contrib/xsl/resume 
are pretty neat. The only thing is that the text of the example is so 
obfuscated that it is hard to get an idea of what to put where. Any 
chance for a better example from somebody that has used it and wouldn't 
mind sanitizing their content for public consumption?
