Subject: DOCBOOK-APPS: Re: problems with XSL stylesheets 1.52.1
Hi Norman, I'm using the following version of xsltproc from Cygwin on a Win2k box: $ xsltproc -V Using libxml 20417, libxslt 10013 and libexslt 705 xsltproc was compiled against libxml 20417, libxslt 10013 and libexslt 705 libxslt 10013 was compiled against libxml 20417 libexslt 705 was compiled against libxml 20417 here's a stackdump of xsltproc: Exception: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION at eip=610949B9 eax=00000000 ebx=00000001 ecx=00000058 edx=00000000 esi=1121B030 edi=1121B010 ebp=0022F5A4 esp=0022F57C program=D:\Cygwin\bin\xsltproc.exe cs=001B ds=0023 es=0023 fs=003B gs=0000 ss=0023 Stack trace: Frame Function Args 0022F5A4 610949B9 (610A0020, 1121B028, 0022F5F4, 00000001) 0022F5C4 6102E205 (1121B028, 1038E4B0, 10BE4E70, 1121A900) 0022F5F4 0057A694 (11219C38, 0058BAA0, 1037A370, 00433CE0) 0022F624 0057A6DB (11219BC0, 1091FD58, 0022F694, 005891B2) 0022F694 0058968D (1091FD58, 10BE4E70, 1038E360, 00000000) 0022F6F4 0058C823 (1091FD58, 10BE4E70, 1038E0E8, 10379FA0) 0022F754 005891B2 (1091FD58, 10BE4E70, 1038D740, 1039A568) 0022F794 00588B44 (1091FD58, 10BE4E70, 00000000, 0057A41B) 0022F824 0058C504 (1091FD58, 10BE4958, 10422B30, 10422920) 0022F884 005891B2 (1091FD58, 10BE4958, 10422E58, 1041CA08) 0022F8C4 00588B44 (1091FD58, 10BE4958, 00000000, 0057A41B) 0022F954 0058C504 (1091FD58, 10BE45D8, 10422B30, 10422920) 0022F9B4 005891B2 (1091FD58, 10BE45D8, 10422E58, 1041CA08) 0022F9F4 00588B44 (1091FD58, 10BE45D8, 00000000, 00466841) 0022FA84 0058C504 (1091FD58, 109674B8, 10565E98, 10553938) 0022FAE4 005891B2 (1091FD58, 109674B8, 105657C8, 00000000) End of stack trace (more stack frames may be present) I attached a stripped version of my file that reproduces the problem. Place a .jpg file into the same directory and name it "80hoch.jpg". As soon as that graphic is processed, xsltproc complains. Let me know what other info could be helpful to you. --Patrick Norman Walsh schrieb: > > [ Follow-ups to docbook-apps, please! ] > > / Patrick Eisenacher <eisenacher@fillmore-labs.com> was heard to say: > | after upgrading to the 1.52.1 XSL stylesheets, I get the following error > | when trying to create a HTML or PDF file from my XML file: > | > | $ xsltproc /usr/local/lib/xml/stylesheets/docbook-xsl/html/docbook.xsl > | Specification.xml > Specification.html > | Error /usr/src/package/libxml2-2.4.17/xpath.c:8247: Undefined namespace > | prefix xmlXPathCompiledEval: evaluation failed > > I wish there were more details. > > | Has anybody made similar experiences with XSL 1.52.1?
