DOCBOOK-APPS: Jade Yells at me on Mandrake 9.0

When I invoke db2pdf or db2html or something similar on a Mandrake
Linux 9.0 system I get the following errors:

http://vipe.technion.ac.il/~shlomif/jade.dump.txt

And the output file is not created. It worked fine on Mandrake 8.2. What
should I do to resolve this?
