DOCBOOK-APPS: problems runing fop with ant on Windows

Good afternoon:

Can Someone tell me what is wrong with the following ant target?

<target name="stories-pdf">
        <echo message="Generating PDF File"/>
        <exec command="f:/java/fop/fop.bat -xml stories.xml -xsl
xsl/fo/cal.xsl -pdf stories.pdf"/>
 <move file="stories.pdf" todir="stories"/>
 <echo message="Document Processing Done"/>
</target> 

It works perfectly in a Linux box, but not on Windows. I've changed
the path, fop.bat/fop.sh is in my path. Running it from the fop
directory runs the batch file fine. 

Help!!
