DOCBOOK-APPS: FO->PDF converting trouble

Hello.



I have docbook document which I want to convert into PDF.

First I create fo-document using Norman Walsh FO-XSL stylesheet:

$ xsltproc -o fo/index.fo /docbook/stylesheet/xsl/nwalsh/fo/docbook.xsl
xml/index.xml

Ok. All works fine.
And now I want to get PDF file:

$ pdfxmltex index.fo 
This is pdfTeX, Version 3.14159-1.10a-devel (Web2C 7.3.9)
...

! Missing \endcsname inserted.
<to be read again> 
                   \Odd: 
l.90     <fo:flow flow-name="xsl-region-body">

pdfxmltex produce this error regardless of the document I want to
proccess.
It does not want to work with any fo-file generated by DocBook->FO 
XSL-stylesheet.

I use:

 pdfTeX, Version 3.14159-1.10a-devel (Web2C 7.3.9)
 tetex 1.0.7+20021025
 XSL-stylesheet version 1.40, by Norman Walsh
 libxml 20428, libxslt 10021 and libexslt 712

on Debian 3.0

I have seen that somebody had met this trouble already.
Does anybody have ideas about this?
