Only if you use the style of processing where you expect the XSLT
processor to check all the versions. If you use the make-style
processing model, it should work with xsltproc. Unless I've broken
something, of course.

The two models are described in the sample site that comes in the
distribution. (Which is a bad choice, but I'll fix that when I can.)
