I want to have the width to be smaller. I want to have an extra formating
and placing of <note> tags and some things more that I actually don't know
that moment;-)

What I have done so far ist to change the body-background-color, the font
and the bg-colors of the navigation. But I think I want to have more
changings in displying the Navigation and the TOC.
