DOCBOOK-APPS: NW-DBK2FO-XSLTs 1.60.1: titlepage doesn't work anymore

Hi

I upgraded to NW-DBK2FO-XSLTs 1.60.1.

1.
Still lots of error messages from FOP; perhaps this will improve when #2 
is solved.

2.
titlepage mechanism does not work anymore

 >java com.icl.saxon.StyleSheet
   -o generated/titlepage.templates.xsl
   my.titlepage.templates.xml
   [pathto]/titlepage.xsl
The @t:side attribute is required on t:titlepage-content.
Processing terminated by xsl:message at line 491

titlepage.templates.xsl is 0KB.

It would be awesome if I would to have to edit 
my.titlepage.templates.xml when upgrading the XSLTs.
