docbook-apps message

Subject: DOCBOOK-APPS: double.sided gives error

When I add the line below, I get "[ERROR]
org.apache.fop.apps.StreamRenderer$RenderQueueEntry" very near the
beginning and processing stops. That is the only change I'm making.
