Kewl.  One can always do with more free tools for typesetting DocBook
XML.  :-)

How does dbcontext, and sibling dblatex, relate to DocBookInConText,
and DB2LaTeX?

The sourceforge download page for dbcontext/dblatex states that
dblatex is a clone of DB2LaTeX.  Why clone a free project?  Why not
fork from it?  Because you would like dbcontext/dblatex to be GPL'd?
