Subject: RE: Top border lacking on repeated table headers with xep


Putting border-before-width.conditionality="retain" on fo:table causes
the borders on the fo:table-header to appear on subsequent pages. I
tested to confirm that it works with XEP 3.3.1 but does not with 2.8.
