website 2.5.0 incorrect versions in DOCTYPE

Not sure if this is just me but....

I have just today pulled Website 2.5.0 and started to investigate it and I
have found a number of references to incorrect DTD version information in
the DOCTYPE sections of mainly XSL files. So far I have come across this in
autolayout.xsl and makefile-dep.xsl.  These seem to be referring to 2.4.0
and 2.4.1 versions of DTDs
