Hi Maarten,

I'm not an expert on XML catalogs, but yours look ok. Perhaps you have 
to tell openjade explicitly to use it? I'm using xsltproc here which 
detects an XML catalog in the default position without any command line 
switch.

I have a much more simple setup here and my XML catalog looks also 
pretty straight forward. I attached it, so you may try mine after 
adapting the paths accordingly. Please note, I'm using the XSL 
stylesheets, not the DSSSL ones.
