hierarchical param.xsl -- never mind, i'm just being clueless

  never mind that recent bit of silliness regarding stylesheet
parameters, i'm not sure *what* i was thinking since there is
of course an organized parameter reference for both FO and HTML
which i've seen numerous times.

  it was early and i confused what i was looking for with another
project i'm working on.  

  i'm going back to sleep before i post anything else 
that boneheaded.
