Hi,

I've run into a problem with the HTML tables and rendering my docbook to 
pdf. I've not added the entry for htmltbl.mod in the catalog.

When I render my docbook to PDF the table is NOT shown in the pdf file. 
If I just render my docbook to xml-fo, I see the right entries in the FO 
file. So I'm wondering what's going wrong.

I'm using FOP 0.20.4, docbook 4.3CR2, stylesheets 1.64.1

Does anyone encounter this problem?
