ToC issue with FOP

Hi list,

I have a problem when generating PDF file using FOP (0.20.5) and
docbook-xsl 1.50.

The generated ToC doesn't have page number for chapter but they are
presents for section. Exemple :

foo...................................................................
    bar..............................................................2
    hop.............................................................4
 foo2................................................................
 
 I saw in the archive list many contribution about this problem, but
none of the proposed solution solved my problem.

I use to transforme from docbook source to pdf the fop.sh shell script :

% ./fop.sh -xml /path/to/my/document.xml -xsl /path/to/docbook.xsl -pdf
/path/to/my/generated/document.pdf

Is there any other people who had the same problem ?
