Hi,
That function needs an extension for either Saxon or Xalan. *.jar
files should be located in extensions/ in your DocBook XSL
directory. Choose an appropriate jar file according to your system,
and include it into your CLASSPATH. Now callouts will be put on
properly. Currently only those two processors are supported, but you
can use <co> element for other processors.
