website: PI for verbatim HTML code?

What is the easiest way to include only for a specific page of a 
website DTD page some HTML code (e.g. using an PI)?

An alternative might be to use the template "user.footer.content", but
then I'd have to find some condition to output the verbatim HTML code
only for the wanted page.
