Subject: Re: [docbook-apps] simg:getWidth and relative pathnames

I'm not able to duplicate this problem. Relative paths and absolute paths
both return the correct image width for the PNG files I tested. What version
of Saxon and the saxon extension file are you using? What graphics formats
are you using it on? Can you send a short xml file that demos the problem?

hi,

i tested it with a xml containing filerefs to images using abs. paths and
rel. paths.
with relative paths simg:getWidth returns the second given parameter, with
absoilute paths it works fine.

In my testing simg:getWidth works with relative pathnames too. What leads
you to believe it only works with absolute pathnames?

Subject: [docbook-apps] simg:getWidth and relative pathnames

Hi,

i want to use simg:getWidth to find out the intrinsic width of images (used
as terms in a variablelist). but it seems like simg:getWidth only works with
absolute pathnames.
i use relative pathnames with my images (they are stored in a subfolder of
the folder containing the .xml)

is there a way to find out the folder the .xml is contained in?

thx in advance,
Sebastian Fey
