I should have been more specific: I have no navigation header(bug or not; it
doesn't bother me) and in the footer I have no text at all, and only icons
for Home and Up navigation(sorry for not mentioning that).

This is how the HTML looks:

<div class="navfooter">
<hr  />
<table width="100%" summary="Navigation footer">
<tr>
<td width="40%" align="left">

</td>
<td width="20%" align="center">
	<a accesskey="u" href="menus.php">
	<img src="images/up.png" alt="Up" /></a>
</td>
<td width="40%" align="right">

</td>
</tr><tr>
<td width="40%" align="left" valign="top">
	Â
</td>
<td width="20%" align="center">
	<a accesskey="h" href="index.php">
	<img src="images/home.png" alt="Home" /></a></td>
<td width="40%" align="right" valign="top"> </td>
</tr></table></div>    </div></div>
