That will be using the Parameters action from the transformation 
configuration dialog:

Also you need to copy the extension jars in the <oXygen/> installation 
folder (the folder that contains frameworks, oxygenMac.sh, etc.) or set 
a java property as described in 
http://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/ug-standalone/ch05s03.html
in order to have the extension classes accessible to <oXygen/>.
