Subject: olink problem

Hi,

I thought I had my olinking sorted but it appears that olinks with a
targetptr to a chapter id in another book work fine, but olinks that
reference a section do not. That is, the hotlink that references the
section title is missing but the book citation is present.
I'm not sure whether this has broken or I just didn't notice this before.
I'm getting the same result for PDF and Eclipse HTML.

Any idea why this might happen?

It may or may not be relevant, but when I convert I'm getting the following
warnings to with there being no template for 'section':

do-fo:

Does anybody else get these warnings?

Tim
