Well, mediaobjectco is not yet implemented in the DocBook XSL stylesheets.

Here is a message about implementing client-side image maps, but
it doesn't sound like that is what you want.


I think you could try writing your HTML code by hand and inserting it.  See
reference for information about inserting your own HTML:
