I get the Next and Prev links when I use html/chunkfast.xsl, but not when I
use xhtml/chunkfast.xsl.  I think this is a bug. but I don't see any obvious
problem.  Can you please file a bug report?  Until this is fixed, you will
have to use slow chunking.
