Hi Thomas,
Support for the biblioref element was added recently to the CVS version, but
it has not yet been in a released version.  You can try out the snapshot
version at:

http://docbook.sourceforge.net/snapshots/

Of course, a snapshot version may not be completely stable.  Or you could
just copy the template in fo/xref.xsl or html/xref.xsl that match biblioref
to a customization layer.
