Soon. It could be as early as late tonight (Tokyo time), which
would be tomorrow morning in Europe and US.

Mainly the only thing left to do is for me to finish up writing
the release notes. I was midway through them when I stopped to go
back and make some further changes to the manpages stylesheets.

I have done a lot of work on the manpages stylesheets for this
release, and still have a lot more new changes that I want to
make. But the new changes will need to wait for a latter release.

The fixes I stopped work on the release notes to go back and make
were for some problems that I myself introduced by the earlier
changes I had already added.

Anyway, I have corrected those problems now and I will get back to
work on the release notes later tonight my time, and will build
the release as soon as I can finish them.
