Just edit the DocBook PDF transformation scenario and add the following 
parameters:

parameter name			parameter value
=================================================================
admon.graphics			1
admon.graphics.path		${frameworks}/docbook/xsl/images/
admon.graphics.extension	.gif
=================================================================
