I believe that the CSS is the easiest approach to your problem. In order for CSS to be able to handle this, you should provide sufficient elements with specific classes in the generated HTML code. Try to do it by inserting meaningful ID attributes on the required element(s) in your XML source file, so that you'll get the right markup to which you'll be able to apply any CSS rule.
