No need at all for the "Initial code and idea by Michael Smith"
part, because I didn't really come up with the idea, and there
wasn't much code at all to speak of in the thing I originally put
together.

How about the following -

I just have that set up now on the SF shell server as a symlink to
your /home/groups/f/fa/farplugins/htdocs/test/docbook directory. I
can copy the files over if you want. Or just keep it as a symlink
(for now at least). Let me know.
