Reference with partintro FOP problem

I'm using the XSL 1.69.1 (and have tried with the snapshot).

When using
<reference>
    <title>My title</title>
    <partintro>....</partintro>
<refentry>....</refentry>
<refentry>....</refentry>
</reference>

The PDF generated (using FOP 0.20.5) have the following problems :
- the TOC contains the title but no page numbers (and the link can't be 
clicked)
- the bookmark is generated but doesn't respond to click...

Note I'm using the reference tag to generate automatically the refentry 
in the TOC and the associated bookmarks.

Does anyone know this problem, or a workaround.
