Subject: Re: [docbook-apps] chapter headers on pages

Mine still show up at the top of a page using the latest xsl.  I have 
a customization layer, but as far as I understand, it doesn't cover 
chapter headers on pages at all, only TOC and xrefs.  The only 
chapter refs. in my cust. layer are:

<!-- turn on chapter numbering - 1, 2, 3 ...  -->
<xsl:param name="chapter.autolabel" select="1" />
<l:template name="chapter"  style="page_ref"
