Hi list,

I need to create a self-contained HTML output styled with CSS. It is
easy to style HTML with a linked CSS but, for me, this is not a
solution. The output must be a single file with built-in styles, best
if placed in the <HEAD> element, worst as the inline styling.

Is there any way to accomplish this requirement? Or do I have to tweak
the (X)HTML output with the next XSL transformation to incorporate the
styling in the document <HEAD>?
