Non-tabular TOC broken

Hi List,

The non tabular version of website (chunk-website.xsl, toc.xsl) seems  
not to be working as it should, it does not show child pages. When I  
run our Docbook xml source against the tabular version everything is  
as it should be, displaying child pages when a parent link is selected.

Am I correct in thinking that we need to look at toc-tabular.xsl and  
toc.xsl to find any differences here?
