Hi Jason,
The 'example' directory that comes with website 2.5.1 builds correctly
in either tabular or website style, using either the 'chunk' versions
or not.  That is, the children of a page are listed on the
second line of the header.  Can you provide more details of
how you are processing your files?  You might try processing
the example directory to see what you get.
