Subject: Re: [docbook-apps] Orderedlist continuation

Hi Daniel,
DocBook The Definitive Guide for version 4 is still useful for that kind of
information. See:

http://docbook.org/tdg/en/html/orderedlist.html

DocBook 5 is written in RelaxNG, which has no native way of defining default
values for attributes. The DocBook Technical Committee just discussed
default values for attributes:

http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/docbook-tc/200601/msg00007.html

They felt that orderedlist's continuation attribute was one of the more
obvious default values that could just be documented. So the next edition
of the Docbook 5 doc should have that information.
