Hi, Well that's the thing - I wouldn't expect the DocBook stylesheets to render the form elements in FO, however I would expect them not to throw lots and lots of errors upon encountering them. I simply figured I was doing something wrong because the examples given would not transform with the current XSL without errors - I did not think it would be necessary to write a customisation to deal with this.
