Have you tried contacting their tech support? I have found Upcast's support to be the best I have ever dealt with.

Anybody here familiar with UpCast's Font mapping, using the stdfonts.config and the font.encoding scheme?

I'm trying to convert doc files to DocBook xml and I've been testing UpCast to do the job, but I'm having problems mapping fonts to unicode characters, especially the characters that uses combining diacritics. Can anybody here give me a hand on this?
