FOP 0.20.5: table width problem?

Hello:

I am trying to get rid of this following fop [WARNING]:
"Sum of fixed column widths 108000 greater than maximum specified IPD 0"

Is there anyway to set a table width with fop? How to modify the IPD?
My table look like following:

<informaltable>
      <tgroup cols="3" align="center">
      <colspec colwidth="0.5in" colname='c1'/>
      <colspec colwidth="0.5in" colname='c2'/>
      <colspec colwidth="0.5in" colname='c3'/>
[....]

Fortunately, to PDF output is as expected.
Should I just ignore the fop [WARNING]?
